Accommodation

  • Is there an entrance fee?

    No, there is no entrance fee at Sundowners Beach Villas.

  • What is the rate for children?

    Children aged 7 years and below stay free of charge.

  • Do you offer day tours or swimming only packages?

    Our amenities are exclusive for overnight staying guests.

  • Can we bring our own food and drinks?

    Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages for consumption inside their private villas with no corkage fee.

    For food and drinks brought into the restaurant, corkage fee will be charged. This allows us to maintain service standards and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

  • Are pets allowed in the villas?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly property. Pets are welcome in all private villas, except for the Couple Suites hotel rooms.

    A pet fee of ₱1,500 per pet, per night applies. This already includes welcome pet treats, food and water bowls, and a designated sleeping area for your pet to ensure they are comfortable during your stay.

    We kindly ask pet owners to supervise their pets at all times and clean up after them, so we can maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. If you’re bringing your furry companion, let our team know in advance so we can prepare everything before arrival.

  • How do we book a villa?

    Please book your preferred date via our website or contact us at 0917 133 3007 or 0968 723 0003 for assistance

  • When should we book a villa?

    We recommend booking 4-5 months in advance, especially for weekends, to secure your preferred villa.

  • What are your payment terms?

    We require 100% payment of all villas and couple suite rooms 7 days prior to the scheduled booking.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM

  • Are there any additional charges or taxes?

    A 3.5% service charge is added to the total accommodation cost. VAT is included.

    Our restaurants serve a fusion of Filipino and Western cuisine.

  • Do you offer meal plans or all-inclusive options?

    Yes, options such as full board meals and boodle fights are available. Please contact our

  • Where is the nearest market?

    The nearest market is located at Botolan Proper, approximately 3.6 km away.

  • How far is the resort from the nearest town center?

    We are about 7.2 km or a 14-minute drive from Iba, Zambales.

Policies and Procedures

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All bookings are subject to our confirmed reservation terms and conditions.

    Reservations are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no-shows, or shortened stays, payments made will be forfeited.

  • Can we rebook our reservation?

    You can rebook only  once. Note that villa downgrades are not permitted and prices are subject to change.

  • Is the resort beachfront?

    Yes, we have direct beach access.

  • Do you host weddings and large events?

    Yes, for event inquiries, please contact our events team.

  • Do you arrange tours in Zambales?

    For external activities like trekking or island hopping, please contact our recommended service provider. 

  • Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

    Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort free of charge.

  • Do you offer transportation services?

    Currently, we do not offer transportation services.

How to Get to Zambales

  • What is the travel time from Manila?

    The drive from Manila takes approximately 4 to 6 hours.

  • How to reach us via private car?

    Reaching Sundowners Beach Villas via Private Car:


    To drive from Manila to Sundowners Beach Villas, follow these steps:


     Start on NLEX (North Luzon Expressway): Head north and continue onto NLEX.

    Transition to SCTEX (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway): At the interchange, follow signs for SCTEX/Subic and merge onto SCTEX.

    Exit at Subic: Continue on SCTEX until you reach the Subic exit. Once you exit, follow the signs towards Olongapo.

    Drive through Olongapo: After passing through Olongapo, you'll be on the road heading towards Iba,

    Zambales.

    Proceed to Botolan: Continue driving north towards Iba, and follow the road signs directing you to

    Botolan.

    Turn at Botolan Proper: When you see the Hall of Botolan, turn left. Then, take the first right at the roundabout.

    Final Stretch: Follow the road straight until you reach Brgy. Danacbunga. Look for the signs that direct you to Sundowners Beach Villas.


  • How to commute via public transport?

    For those preferring public transport, here is how you can travel from Manila to Sundowners Beach Villas:


    Board a Bus to Iba, Zambales: Go to any Victory Liner terminal in Pasay or Cubao that offers trips to Iba, Zambales. Ensure that the bus route passes through Botolan, as not all buses to Iba may pass this town.


    • Alight at Botolan: Ask the conductor to drop you off at the Hall of Botolan, which is a known landmark.


    • Take a Tricycle: From the Hall of Botolan, hire a tricycle to take you directly to Sundowners Beach Villas. Provide the driver with the address: Purok 5, Sitio Baba, Brgy. Danacbunga, Botolan, Zambales.

  • Do you have lifeguards on duty?

    Yes, Lifeguards are on duty from 7 AM to 10 PM daily.


  • Is the resort equipped with CCTV cameras?

    Yes, CCTV cameras cover all public areas 24/7

  • Is the resort accessible for wheelchairs and guests with disabilities?

    All pathways and public areas are designed to be wheelchair and PWD friendly.
